It’s better to be tired of all the societal,
and other or less: social (person to person, concrete contexts),
shows we can watch and are shunt to take part (or get on the—more or less interesting, lonely and socio-financially more insecure—sidetracks).
Than to be angry in a generalised way. And move (ourselves and get moved) away from our ability to differentiate.
I personally can energise, or more likely get energised, when I experience seriously nice or beautiful moments. And then, when tiredness is gone for a while, or less, I try to pratice some human potential again. Or at least I try to try. Hm.
